Since 2002, and at Foundation Stone's invitation, Dr. Richard Freund of the Greenberg Center at the University of Hartford has been our partner to develop the archaeological project at Tel Yavne.
In addition to the Yavne Excavation Fund opened through the university, Dr. Freund has introduced a fantastic team of geophysicists, archaeologists, and other relevant professionals to help bring as much information to bear as we explore this exciting site.

On a local level Mayor Zvi Gov-Ari and the entire Yavne municipality have been extraordinarily cooperative in their efforts to ensure the success of our work.
